Virunga Wildlife Clubs is an environmental conservation organization working in the Virunga Region, a globally important biodiversity hotspot facing severe threats such as deforestation, climate change, illegal resource exploitation, land scarcity, human-wildlife conflicts, and poverty-driven environmental degradation. To address these challenges, the organization is developing the online learning channel La Voix du Gorille, using digital media to educate and inspire people about the importance of protecting nature while supporting sustainable community development. The initiative aims to strengthen biodiversity conservation, enhance climate resilience, promote sustainable livelihoods and green businesses, support circular economy solutions, improve access to STEM education, and encourage the active participation of indigenous peoples and local communities in conservation efforts. The project is implemented in partnership with conservation organizations, educational and research institutions, private innovators, SMEs, and local communities to create long-lasting environmental and social impact.

The Jemoh Foundation was established in Uganda during the COVID-19 pandemic in response to the growing number of orphaned children who faced immense hardship, loss, and uncertainty. Their mission is to provide these vulnerable children with basic needs, safe shelter, and quality education, ensuring they have the opportunity to build a brighter and more hopeful future. SANUSPLANET has supported this NGO in 2023 with the building of a borehole. Despite their progress, the organization continues to face a significant challenge with poor classrooms. These dilapidated structures are frequently battered by heavy storms and filled with dust, disrupting learning and contributing to flu outbreaks while creating breeding grounds for harmful organisms. Donations will be going towards the construction of a new, fully furnished classroom block. This facility will create a safe, clean, and conducive environment for effective teaching and learning, allowing the children to thrive academically and personally. Any support will transform lives and secure a better tomorrow for Uganda’s orphaned children.

Konzept Zukunft gGmbH is a non-profit organization based in Regensburg, Germany, dedicated to empowering children, young people, and families in their personal development. Through creative projects, educational programs, and a growing network, Konzept Zukunft creates spaces where young people can grow up with confidence, creativity, and a sense of responsibility. Within the Zukunft Network, volunteers, professionals, and families actively contribute and work together to shape a sustainable and future-oriented society. Konzept Zukunft’s work includes the promotion of youth welfare, education, and vocational training. As a recognized non-profit organization, it pursues exclusively social purposes and provides support where children and young people truly need it most: in everyday life, within their families, and on their journey towards the future.
